Adding Muscle

Hi everyone, I started doing Keto around 6 months ago and went down from 250-190 and I look a lot better and feel a lot better. I already had a good amount of muscle mass when i weighed 250 and I got down to 190 by weightlifting and IF. I would like get down to 170 and then start bulking. Would I see a bigger gain in Bulking with Keto? Or would I see a bigger gain by eating lots of carbs?
